An interesting personal account of Larry Pressler, the man who led the historic Pressler Amendment trying to restrain Pakistan from its nuclear ambitions. Particularly a recommended reading for all the Lawmakers to understand how much grit and determination is needed to see a law made and upheld in the legislatures. Pressler minced no words and describes the Shadow State in US as Octopus. He was also ruthless in describing Pakistan’s omissions and commissions.
